Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a related role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of process documentation and management
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating organizational processes and documentation
• Help in organizing and categorizing process documentation for easy retrieval by relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and validate process information
• Support process documentation and alignment efforts
• Conduct basic audits under supervision to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance
• Support the maintenance of audit databases
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Participate in process-related discussions and workshops
