• Making sure the systems supporting the Dutch market can also support the Belgian market with its different needs
• Working with the newest techniques, like serverless and cloud-based solutions
• Thinking about possible solutions and realising these
• Continuously developing and releasing new code to production within an Agile work environment
• Taking full responsibility as a team for delivering good working software and maintaining it
• Continuously improving our services to make them more robust, scalable, and reliable
• Defining the software architecture of the services with your peers
• Sharing knowledge within our group of backend developers and together making sure our platform evolves continuously
