Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in at least two projects related to dashboard creation and management
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc
- Knowledge of collaborative platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, or similar for documentation storage and management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders across various levels
- Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and internal events, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Be the product owner of dashboards. Visualize project statuses, performance KPIs, and customer satisfaction levels
- Proactively monitor KPIs in real time to identify improvement areas or deviations in project execution
- Present weekly/monthly reports on project status to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential risks
- Utilize historical data to predict trends and patterns, enhancing responsiveness to changes in client needs or project conditions
- Define and document processes for project delivery, ensuring they encompass all stages from planning to final delivery
- Establish a framework for evaluating the quality of deliverables at each phase using specific and clear metrics
- Collaborate with studios to define the key artifacts required for each project phase (e.g., planning documents, progress reports, risk analyses), ensuring they are consistently updated and accessible to the teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in creating and maintaining KPIs that reflect team performance, adherence to deadlines, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and resource efficiency
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement, with the ability to identify and implement best practices
- Experience in process management, data analysis, and production of reports and dashboards
