Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years or more in a similar KYC or AML analyst role within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in conducting customer risk assessments, due diligence, and enhanced due diligence procedures
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with staff and clients from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer onboarding documents to ensure compliance
• Conduct customer risk assessments and perform due diligence based on the assessment
• Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers
• Perform KYC reviews for internal clients and their ongoing monitoring
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of KYC processes and compliance measures
• Stay updated on relevant laws, rules, and regulations and reflect any changes in policies and procedures
• Assist in promoting the firm at industry and promotional events

Preferred Qualifications

• KYC/AML certifications (CAMS, CISI, ICA)
• Demonstrable ability to execute tasks effectively

• Organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Law/Economics or related field
