Summary

Your main responsibility will be reviewing and verifying customer documentation, assessing account risks, and supporting operational efficiency and regulatory adherence. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in KYC software and tools. Requirements
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse large volumes of data to identify patterns, anomalies, and red flags
- Software proficiency: Proficiency with KYC software and tools, as well as familiarity with databases and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Attention to detail: Meticulous and thorough in reviewing documents and customer information
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and regulatory bodies
- Problem-solving: Capable of making decisions based on the available information and resolving complex issues
- English language skills
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Operations team to review documentation sent in by customers in accordance with our internal processes
- Assess potential account risks and conduct additional account checks when necessary, ensuring to escalate to the relevant team through the appropriate channels
- Ensure departmental and individual targets around KYC performance and customer experience are met or exceeded
- Regularly liaise with other departments and professionally handle any escalations
- Undertake necessary administration work, including dealing with customer correspondence
- Ensure you are fully up to speed on what the other teams in the department are doing and be ready to complement their work in your day-to-day investigations
- Constantly embrace the team objectives and work on your personalised goals on a quarterly basis
- Assist in any other ad hoc Customer KYC / Due Diligence related tasks and processes as requested by management
- Work towards set daily, weekly and monthly targets, ensuring a high level of quality is maintained
