Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in quantitative field
- 2β3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, operations, or a related field
- Strong data analysis skills, with demonstrated experience solving problems using data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with internal teams and external labs
Responsibilities
- Optimize Billing Processes: Construct and refine workflows that enhance the billing reconciliation process as well as support the airbase files creation
- 3PL OTS and Quality Tracking: Maintain weekly reporting on OTS metrics for labs, analyze performance trends, and collaborate with partners to address late orders and improve metrics
- Data-Driven Quality Improvements: Use existing data to identify patterns in refab cases and drive actionable solutions to reduce remakes and improve quality
- Monthly Reconciliation: Partner with labs on monthly reconciliation to ensure invoicing accuracy
- Streamline Workflows: Consolidate and improve tools and workflows to enhance efficiency across quality and billing operations
- Collaborate on Data Analysis: Transition manual processes into automated, scalable, and data-supported approaches
- Quality Process Improvements: Partner with labs to implement quality improvement initiatives based on order reviews and data insights, ensuring sustained performance improvements
