Summary

Responsibilities include evaluating labor data, participating in international expansion planning, leading labor relations projects, and addressing employment-related queries. You will also create and maintain accurate labor-related documents, assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, and utilize internal communication tools. This role requires a Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of experience in labor relations (international experience preferred), strong knowledge of employment laws, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Law, Labor relations or Human Resources
  • At least 2 years of experience in labor relations, preferably in an international company
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. International experience is a plus
  • English level โ†’ C1 or higher; proficiency in any other language is a valuable asset
  • Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with managers and employees
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and well-versed in compliance matters

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate labor data and trends to identify areas for improvement and efficiency within Fever companies around the world
  • Participate in planning and executing company international expansion into new territories, considering labor aspects
  • Lead projects related to labor relations, such as implementing new policies or programs
  • Monitor and address sensitive or controversial employment topics, maintaining transparent communication with employees and management
  • Provide guidance to management on employment matters and address inquiries related to labor agreements in the different countries
  • Address employee queries regarding international labor-related issues including benefits, working hours and conditions
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance and resolve policy-related issues
  • Create and maintain accurate records of labor-related documents, such as employment agreements, collective agreements, and internal policies
  • Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and remains up to date
  • Collaborate with international teams to review and adapt labor contracts based on local laws and regulations
  • Assist in the incorporation process to ensure compliance in the different countries where Fever is present
  • Oversee employee termination processes, ensuring proper procedures are followed and documentation is handled correctly
  • Utilize internal communication tools to maintain effective communication with management and employees
