Join CloudWalk's growing legal team as a Junior Lawyer. Draft legal documents, monitor legal proceedings, and meet deadlines. Participate in hearings and conduct legal research. Assist senior lawyers and maintain case management systems. Prepare periodic reports and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. A law degree with bar admission, excellent communication skills, and advanced English are required. Prior experience in civil or consumer litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft minor and medium complexity legal documents, such as defense statements, replies, and appeals
• Perform daily monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings
• Rigorously comply with procedural deadlines
• Participate in initial and conciliation hearings
• Conduct jurisprudential research to support defense theses
• Assist senior lawyers in preparing legal opinions and strategies
• Keep the case management system updated with new developments
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of processes under your responsibility
