L&D Team Leader

Summary

Requirements

• Ability to handle high process loads and quickly respond to changes
• Experience in online casinos and understanding of how the iGaming business works
• At least 3 years of experience in L&D (creating and conducting training sessions and online courses)
• Russian language-native, English-conversational
• Skill in building processes from scratch in a matrix management system

Responsibilities

• Improve and develop negotiation and sales skills for trainers (retail, call centers, sales)
• Evaluate team performance results
• Monitor the delivery and development of online training sessions by product trainers
• Participate in projects related to customer orientation
• Share best practices with other business departments in different countries
• Support and coordinate the training team, and create conditions for their effective work
• Complete reporting files and communicate with responsible stakeholders
