Lead City Coordinator

Summary

Join Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, as an Event Coordinator for Candlelight in their City. This is a freelance position with flexible hours and requires frequent on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Manage each event's logistics and coordination in the assigned city
• Communicate with artists, suppliers, and other stakeholders to negotiate costs for multiple bookings
• Create concert plans and share them with all relevant parties and venue staff
• Coordinate event staff through Fever's personnel dispatch partner, including training
• Attend weekly project update meetings with the Project Manager, Producer, and other team members to discuss production details, event evaluations, and policies
• Manage inventory at the assigned city's warehouse
• Participate in research and site visits for potential venues
• Assist with planning and implementing operations for new venues
• Manage event schedules as the primary POC (point of contact) in the assigned city
• Implement company policies, procedures, and production details for new or changed productions
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Create event reports and incident reports
• Promote high team performance, manage motivation, and improve performance within the team
• Provide photos and feedback to the Project Manager after each event
• Represent Fever and Candlelight as a professional in the events industry, serving as the primary customer service contact for all events
