Summary
Join Dynamis as a Lead Developer to contribute to a contract with the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). You will oversee the delivery of application code for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), ensuring compliance with various standards. Mentorship of junior and senior developers is a key aspect of this role, along with resolving code-related issues. This position requires U.S. citizenship for ICE suitability and a specific educational and experience background in Enterprise IT. Experience with MuleSoft is essential, and familiarity with Java, Angular, microservices, containerization technologies, JBoss, and Oracle is highly valued.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship to obtain ICE Suitability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment
- No Bachelor’s Degree with ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment
- Specialized in MuleSoft
- Experience with portable environment creation or containerization technologies, such as Docker, Apache Mesos, or Vagrant
- Experience with JBoss and Oracle
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of application code for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)
- Ensure that the code developed complies with business requirements, DHS Enterprise Architecture standards, security controls, and clean code standards and strategy
- Serve as a mentor to the junior and senior developers
- Assist in removing blockers and resolving issues with application code
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Java, Angular, microservices
