Summary

Xero is seeking a Lead Engineer to join their Authorisation Team. This role involves shaping and driving the future of Xero's Authorisation platform, working with both internal and external customers, and leading a team of talented developers. The core engine of the platform is Golang, but many services are in .NET.

Requirements

• Solid technical foundation
• Proven track record in technically guiding high-performing engineering teams
• Understanding the importance of balancing product strategy and technical goals
• Ability to proactively mitigate risks, evaluate solutions, and uphold the highest engineering standards
• Experience in either Golang or .NET
• Experience successfully coaching and mentoring engineers
• Experience leading significant feature projects to completion
