Lead Identity Architect

Summary

Join Simeio's innovative team as a Lead Identity Architect specializing in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). This remote role (USA or Canada) requires a strong leader with expertise in architecting and implementing IGA solutions across multiple platforms. You will lead the design and deployment of robust IGA solutions, provide technical leadership and mentorship, collaborate with clients, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Experience with at least two IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt) and strong communication skills are essential. Simeio is a global managed services provider offering IAM solutions, securing over 160 million identities globally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading IGA projects and managing technical teams
• Deep knowledge of identity governance principles, including lifecycle management, role-based access control, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with at least two or more IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Forgerock, Microsoft, etc.)
• Strong understanding of integration with enterprise systems, applications, and cloud platforms
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of robust IGA solutions for diverse client environments
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams of engineers, architects, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and develop scalable, secure IGA strategies
• Deliver solutions leveraging expertise in two or more IGA tools , such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager, IBM Security Identity Manager, or Microsoft Identity Manager
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in identity governance, access control, and security
• Drive continuous improvements and innovation within IGA solutions and processes
