Lead Instructor

Summary

Join Correlation One as a Lead Instructor and shape the future of the AI economy! You will play a key role in delivering engaging cybersecurity training programs to large virtual classrooms (20-2000 learners). This remote position requires 3+ years of cybersecurity experience, proven teaching skills, and familiarity with relevant technologies. The program runs from March 30th to September 9th, 2025, with lectures on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Instructors will prepare and deliver engaging content, provide feedback, and potentially create additional curriculum for extra compensation. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity field with a degree or strong credentials
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a remote environment
• An excellent educator with a passion for teaching and helping others
• Degree in a technical field and / or industry experience in a technical role
• Experience working with the Unix terminal, especially with cybersecurity-related applications
• Outstanding team and people management skills
• Familiarity with the following topics: Networking, Kali Linux, Endpoint security, CompTIA Security+ Certification training, Triage

Responsibilities

• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” within a larger program
• Instruct learners using Cybersecurity content provided by Correlation One
• Prepare in advance for all assigned live sessions and provide curricular input and feedback ahead of sessions
• Offer additional expertise and resources from the Cybersecurity community
• In some cases, instructors can create casework and curriculum when they are interested and for additional compensation
