Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage incoming leasing inquiries via email, phone, text, and chat
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects to identify their needs and housing preferences
  • Match prospects with suitable apartment options, offering alternatives as necessary
  • Schedule and coordinate both virtual and onsite property tours
  • Ensure properties are prepared and presentable for scheduled tours
  • Achieve monthly targets for converting leads to appointments
  • Utilize Funnel software to track and manage lead interactions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to secure appointments and facilitate leasing applications
  • Collaborate with prospects to ensure smooth application and leasing transactions
  • Convert leads into scheduled appointments at the property to facilitate a quality leasing experience
  • Achieve key performance indicators for lead management
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to enhance the leasing experience
