Lead Performance and Talent Manager

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, or related roles within People Teams
• Proven experience in building and implementing performance and talent management programs, including performance management frameworks, systems and tools, career criteria architecture, and manager enablement
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Learning & Development, HRBPs, Compensation and People Analytics to create cohesive strategies driven by data and insights
• Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to scope, plan, and execute multiple initiatives on time and at a high standard
• Exceptional interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong ability to independently write and produce visual content to a high standard, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling materials
