Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, or related roles within People Teams
  • Proven experience in building and implementing performance and talent management programs
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Learning & Development, HRBPs, Compensation and People Analytics
  • Excellent program and project management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
  • Strong ability to independently write and produce visual content to a high standard
