Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, or related roles within People Teams
- Proven experience in building and implementing performance and talent management programs
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Learning & Development, HRBPs, Compensation and People Analytics
- Excellent program and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
- Strong ability to independently write and produce visual content to a high standard
