Summary

OpenTable is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their consumer product design team. The role involves working closely with a global team to craft experiences for diners and restaurants worldwide, owning key parts of OpenTable's diner-facing experiences, and impacting the quality of content that powers those experiences.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates broad knowledge and experience in implementing, and maintaining successful, scalable, and flexible design systems across brands and platforms
• Experience working through all stages of the design process; from capturing insights and feedback to ideating, building, implementing, and testing
• Deep expertise in iOS, Android, and responsive web, with a proficient understanding of nuances and best practices cross-platform
• Exceptional visual design skills, thinking about accessibility at every stage
• Extensive experience designing and building systems for B2B products
• Partner management skills and the ability to build consensus across multiple disciplines
• Strong systems- and analytical-thinking
• Great storytelling, presenting, and interpretation skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A high level of collaboration and communication
• You value introspection and feedback to improve yourself, your team, and your products
