Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, focusing on consumer product growth and optimization
  • Background in leveraging data analytics and user insights for product development

Responsibilities

  • Set and own OKRs and goals that ensure they build the right high-quality, delightful products for business and user impact
  • Find and use customer insights, research and data to drive decisions and communicate strategy
  • Work quickly and iteratively through experimentation and a โ€˜test & learnโ€™ mindset
  • Have a real impact and influence over the vision for what Cleo will look like in the future
  • Collaborate with some of the sharpest minds across engineering, data science, design and commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Product-Led Acquisitions eg. Referrals, Virality, Loyalty or similar growth initiatives to drive acquisition via non paid channels
  • Experience working with marketing channel managers in designing & running campaigns and aligning acquisition initiatives
  • Action-Oriented: Quick to act, adept at moving projects from idea to execution under pressure
  • Resilient: You persist through challenges, maintaining focus on long-term objectives
  • Impactful Storyteller: Skilled in communicating product impacts and visions with evidence
  • Collaborative: Excellent at working with diverse teams, fostering shared success
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: Navigates uncertain environments with clarity and purpose
  • Agile and Adaptable: Experienced in product-led growth, particularly in regulated consumer products, and capable of balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative Thinker: Passionate about personal finance, you bring creative solutions and adapt quickly in a dynamic setting
