Lead Product Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Lead Product Manager to shape the future of Going through building 0-1 product for the Going mobile app. You will uncover customer pain points, test hypotheses, and translate insights into actionable product strategies and experiences that drive material business impact.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of consumer facing mobile app Product Management experience
• Comfortable in a start-up environment and/or successfully launched 0-1 products end-to-end
• Proven track record of providing impactful product solutions and making data-driven decisions in the form of business performance outcomes
• Deeply familiar with experimentation frameworks and how to appropriately assign the right-sized methodology to the lifecycle stage of the product
• Close working experience and collaboration with Front End Engineers, Back End Engineer, UX/UI Design, Data Science and Marketing
• Ability to proactively think through complex problems and bring others along for the journey with concise communication and storytelling
• Roadmap approach that is highly adaptable to the greater business context and leading indicators
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and plan to work full-time in the United States
