Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive SAP experience, with at least a couple of full lifecycle implementations
  • In-depth, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail and its underlying P2P and O2C and their underlying modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI-AP, FI-AR, LE-SHP)
  • Proven experience in product roadmapping, defining MVPs, and leading initiatives beyond just support

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the SAP Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash domains
  • Lead a team of SAP professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and project oversight
  • Analyze, design, and configure complex SAP processes, ensuring they align with the unique needs of a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency
  • Stay current with the latest SAP technologies, including SAP BTP and AI capabilities, to continuously enhance our systems and processes
