Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or similar field
  • Have 5+ years of experience in business administration, project or program management, business development, or related field
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and build grassroots project and program plans that deliver a positive opening day experience through best practices
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive project management for new SFH and MDU communities to ensure the timely delivery of Brightspeed services
  • Organize, facilitate, and direct group meetings to ensure the successful execution of activities to deliver services on projected property opening dates
  • Act as the single point of contact for Brightspeed in communication with construction supervisors, offsite managers, vertical superintendents, low voltage subcontractors, and local municipalities
  • Identify and resolve implementation conflicts, liabilities or issues that could potentially impact or delay key timeline milestones deliverables
  • Develop and present senior management level briefs on project status
  • Coordinate with regional and local sales and event management teams to ensure successful opening of sales trailers, model home sales offices, and leasing offices to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Be efficient in understanding Brightspeed technologies, architectures, network engineering and construction, and field operations processes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools to effectively develop presentations, project plans, word documents, spreadsheets and program management software and systems
  • Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the project life cycle
