Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years experience in technical sales engineering roles, preferably in the satellite imagery domain, spanning both B2B and B2G environments
  • Proven expertise in delivering impactful technical presentations and demonstrations
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technical solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex customer challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher level) in Remote Sensing, Geography, Engineering or a related technical field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead in sales engagements, presenting solutions that align with customer requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept exercises for potential customers
  • Design solution architectures to meet customer specifications, and support the development of technical proposals
  • Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and addressed
  • Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and resolving customer concerns
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ICEYE’s products, services, and industry trends
  • Participate in strategic planning for business development and customer retention
  • Support and mentor junior staff members and contribute to their professional development
