Requirements
- 10+ years of GTM recruiting experience – Proven track record of hiring top-tier Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success professionals in high-growth, SaaS, or tech-driven environments
- Strategic mindset – Ability to develop and execute a hiring strategy that balances speed, quality, and scalability
- Exceptional sourcing skills – Deep expertise in outbound recruiting, market mapping, and passive talent engagement
- Strong stakeholder management – Experience partnering with senior leadership to drive talent decisions that fuel business success
- Data-driven approach – Comfort with recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and ATS optimization to continuously improve hiring outcomes

Responsibilities
- Own & Drive GTM Hiring – Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to build and execute a proactive hiring strategy that aligns with business goals
- Source & Engage Top Talent – Leverage creative sourcing strategies (outbound, referrals, talent marketing) to find and attract best-in-class GTM professionals across global markets
- Be a True Partner – Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, talent pipelines, and hiring best practices
- Optimize & Scale Processes – Implement data-driven recruiting methodologies, improve our interview frameworks, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
