Requirements

• Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
• Proven track record in hiring across multiple business functions
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms)
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilising various interview techniques and assessment methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of different organizational roles and how they contribute to company success
• A strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across various departments (e.g. Operations, Product, Compliance, Governance) to define hiring needs and selection criteria
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
• Source diverse candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social platforms, and direct outreach
• Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and final-stage interviews
• Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient candidate tracking
• Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview questions tailored to each role’s requirements
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing SwissBorg’s values and culture in the market
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential future hires
