Requirements
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
- Proven track record in hiring across multiple business functions
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilising various interview techniques and assessment methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of different organizational roles and how they contribute to company success
- A strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across various departments (e.g. Operations, Product, Compliance, Governance) to define hiring needs and selection criteria
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
- Source diverse candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social platforms, and direct outreach
- Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and final-stage interviews
- Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient candidate tracking
- Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview questions tailored to each roleโs requirements
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing SwissBorgโs values and culture in the market
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential future hires
