Remote Lead - Technical Product Trainer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Education, Communications)
• 8+ years of industry experience in similar roles
• Proficiency with Multimedia/web development (Images, Audio, Video, animation, ) using Adobe eLearning or Creative Suite
• Proven experience in technical training, product training, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Experience with instructional design and training methodologies
• Proficient in using e-learning platforms and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to different audiences (internal staff, partners, customers)
• Conduct engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops, both in-person and online, to effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, their technical specifications, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information
• Create and update training documentation, manuals, and user guides to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, and make continuous improvements to training materials and methods
• Provide ongoing support to trainees, addressing questions and troubleshooting technical issues as needed
• Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and training needs
• Keep abreast of industry developments and competitors’ products to inform training content and enhance program relevance
