Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Learning & Development
• Proficiency in e-learning/learning creation tools and the development of online and in-person training solutions
• Proven track record with sales tools, playbooks, and training programs that deliver results
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships
• Creative, strategic, and solution-oriented with a passion for continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, inclusive global training programs tailored to the needs of the sales organization
• Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and certification programs
• Support the rollout of sales playbooks and assist in their integration into workflows to improve performance
• Create and maintain sales guides, playbooks, and enablement content to support reps in achieving success
• Manage the sales enablement content repository, ensuring accessibility and ease of use
• Foster an engaging and professional training environment that promotes growth, retention, and performance

Preferred Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Additional certifications, specialized training, or advanced education are a plus
