Summary

The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in project management within a cross-functional environment, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or strategic project execution within a cross-functional environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate goals, updates, and insights to both leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive stakeholder alignment across various teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com to track progress and execution
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) to inform decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Own the project management of key internal strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities
  • Partner with LBC teams to define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and execution plans
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring initiatives stay on track and deliver maximum impact
  • Act as the central point of coordination, bridging gaps across teams to drive seamless execution of project
  • Facilitate clear and proactive communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Foster strong working relationships across product, operations, finance, marketing, and coaching teams to optimize collaboration
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable solutions to drive operational excellence
  • Lead retrospectives and feedback loops to continuously refine processes and improve team effectiveness
  • Provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making and strategic planning
  • Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation, ensuring all teams feel supported and empowered
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership, offering strategic insights and recommendations to enhance business outcomes
  • Drive initiatives that support employee engagement and cross-team synergy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, leadership development, or coaching-related industries
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or SaaS platform management
