Remote Programmatic and Social Strategist

Summary

Join our team as a Programmatic & Social Strategist and participate in strategic planning, set up, and optimization for programmatic & social programs. Implement and manage day-to-day buys across multiple demand side platforms and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-4 years’ experience with implementing paid digital strategy inclusive of programmatic and social to reach a target audience in support of an acquisition goal
• Solid understanding of the programmatic buying landscape and hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns
• Experience with vendors, such as AdTheorent, PulsePoint, TradeDesk, LiveRamp and social platforms, such as Meta and LinkedIn
• Working knowledge of holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic and marketing analytics
• Working knowledge in setting bid strategies across RTN and PMP inventory
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis, including expertise in creating pivot tables for data summarization

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage day-to-day programmatic buys across multiple demand side platforms and social media platforms in a self-service manner
• Analyze 1st- and 3rd-party data to create custom audience segments for cross-channel use
• Work with the Performance Marketing team to support the execution, optimization and reporting for programmatic and social media, and to provide insights and recommendations that enhance strategy and business goals
• Work with the Client Lead and Sales team members to understand performance objectives and KPIs, and develop successful programmatic strategies, including budget recommendations and audience segments
• Lead the strategic development of small social and programmatic campaigns, ensuring that they are designed to meet client objectives, drive engagement, and convert key audiences across platforms
• Support agency of record (AOR) business team to drive success for key integrated marketing programmatic and social campaigns
• Act as an internal training resource for Digital Specialists
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools and best practices, with a desire to bring innovative thinking to paid strategies
• Contribute to strategic thought leadership by sharing articles, providing POVs and incremental opportunities on a regular basis
• Interface with clients as needed to address new technology, strategies or speak to existing campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running campaigns on ad platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, NextDoor, and Pinterest
• Basic knowledge of search engine marketing
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to clearly convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
