Summary

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and above, coaching certification, 7+ years of experience in HRBP or related fields, strong communication skills, team spirit, growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, integrity, and the ability to motivate and coach people at all levels. Nice-to-have qualifications include relevant experience in a global high-tech company, deep knowledge or passion for the crypto industry, and global exposure. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above
• Certificate in coaching, OD, leadership assessment tools
• 7+ years of experience working in HRBP for senior leaders
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good team spirit and comfortable working across different time zones and cultures
• Growth mindset, flexibility, and integrity
• Able to motivate, influence, and coach people at all levels
• Strong data mining, research, and analysis ability
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Build a leadership community for the company
• Enable organizational capability and foster culture
• Identify and analyze leadership gaps
• Strengthen the leadership pipeline in different functions
• Initiate leadership development plans
• Provide objective assessment and identify root causes of team issues
• Conduct leader and organization data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in start-ups or organization consulting firms
• Deep knowledge or strong passion for crypto industry
