Summary

Corndel is hiring a Professional Development Expert to join their Leadership Academy team. The expert will provide coaching, mentoring, and training to managers from various industries. They will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners, tailoring course content, ensuring timely completion of training material, and delivering market-leading course content. The expert should have management experience, a self-starter attitude, good listening skills, and an understanding of what it's like to be a manager.

Requirements

  • Have management experience, successfully leading and developing teams
  • Understand what it is like to be a manager and able to offer practical advice and support for the day-to-day issues that all managers face
  • An understanding of what it is like to be mentored, and to mentor managers to complete a comprehensive package of practical leadership and management training
  • A solid understanding of Apprenticeship delivery requirements including the importance of quality assurance, and awarding organisation requirements
  • Confident user of IT with a willingness and aptitude to learn a new system and a capability to apply and share this with all managers and colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of learners, mentoring, coaching and equipping them to become better managers / to develop modern business fundamentals and to apply these new skills in their roles
  • Take our theoretical course content and tailor it for each individual learner that you are supporting through regular teaching sessions and workshops
  • Support your caseload of learners to complete all Corndel training material and assessment tasks in a timely manner
  • Deliver our market-leading course content through a mix of coaching, workshops and group sessions
  • Ensure that each of your learners is working on their respective qualification, accepts the value of it, is making progress and is actively pursuing it as a means of furthering their career
  • Work with key stakeholders to support learner progress and client delight
  • Evidence a commitment to the values of Corndel and an understanding of the transformational impact of education
