The role involves managing a caseload of learners, tailoring course content for individual learners, ensuring timely completion of qualifications, and partnering with Imperial College Business School to deliver an Executive Development Programme. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners, mentoring, coaching and equipping them to become better leaders / to develop modern business fundamentals and to apply these new skills in their roles
• Take Corndel's theoretical course content and tailor it for each individual learner that you are supporting through regular teaching sessions and workshops
• Support your caseload of learners to complete all Corndel training material and assessment tasks in a timely manner
• Work with key stakeholders to support learner progress and client delight
