Summary

Join our team as a Leads Operations Manager and oversee the daily workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions of our Leads Department. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, task boards are updated, and departmental performance runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, systems-driven, and comfortable managing a remote team. You will maintain efficiency, accountability, and operational structure within the department. This role involves workflow management, team leadership, cross-department coordination, and administrative oversight. The position requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years in a managerial role, Must be in lead generation, digital marketing, or operations
  • Previous experience managing a remote team, especially in a digital or marketing setting
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and executive teams
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills
  • Reliable internet and power backup
  • Ability to work during EST business hours

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure completion of all assigned tasks
  • Maintain and implement operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support
  • Monitor and update project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines
  • Identify and resolve blockers that delay task execution
  • Supervise and mentor Leads team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants
  • Assign daily workloads, monitor completion rates, and track attendance
  • Lead onboarding and training for new team members
  • Conduct performance check-ins and submit evaluations to HR as required
  • Collaborate with Social Media, Content, and Chat teams to ensure timely task handoffs
  • Facilitate communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables
  • Flag operational concerns or task delays to the COO or Leads Strategic Manager as appropriate
  • Verify payroll data such as attendance, deliverable completion, and daily check-ins
  • Maintain department calendars, trackers, and communication logs
  • Provide weekly operations updates and report on team task completion rates
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with lead generation and campaign-based workflows is a plus
