Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field
  • Experience in a growing or start-up environment building scalable learning experiences for diverse, global employee segments from the ground up
  • Proven experience designing and delivering live and digital learning programs for diverse audiences
  • Proven experience with leadership development programs and frameworks
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated success with learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, e-learning tools) and digital design tools
  • Demonstrated success measuring program effectiveness and using data to drive improvements
  • Strong facilitation skills to deliver content to employees at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to challenges, applying creativity to create meaningful impact

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions that support departmental and organizational goals
  • Be accountable for the development and optimization of new and existing learning programs, ensuring seamless execution and a positive participant experience (for example, GOAT Group’s Leadership Development Program and New Hire Orientation)
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives, using participant feedback, data analysis, and reporting to refine programming for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with other HR partners to connect related efforts, such as career pathing and performance management
  • Lead and manage other Learning & Development team members, providing clear direction, prioritizing workloads, and guiding team members to achieve strategic goals while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences and drive engagement
