Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, data analysis, and project management
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience leading end-to-end projects and driving operational excellence
• Ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Manage faculty coordination and scheduling to ensure smooth program execution
• Define and document operational processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Support demand planning, session tracking, and logistical coordination for learning experiences
