The job is for a Learning and Development Specialist who will create and deliver impactful training programs for providers and call center staff, aligning them with organizational goals. Requirements

  • Education: Training and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in training design, development, and delivery
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop programs and curriculum for providers and call center staff that aligns with program needs
  • Provide effective and efficient remote trainings for program staff
  • Create and maintain training materials, including on the job support references
  • Partner cross functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure proper understanding of program and workflows to create necessary and accurate trainings
  • Design assessment tools, Analyze the effectiveness of training sessions and develop appropriate modification if needed
  • Collaborate with staffing partners to conduct training needs assessments, identify training opportunities and schedule appropriate training sessions
  • Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
  • Provide support and mentoring for new providers and agents while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed
  • Create and maintain the program s SharePoint site
  • Upload training content to accessible and centralized locations (e.g., SharePoint, LMS)
  • Prepare and Facilitate Train the Trainer (TTT) approaches for staffing partners or as needed, responsible for creating and maintaining resources used for TTT as well

Preferred Qualifications

  • Flexibility to provide trainings outside of M-F 8-5 to accommodate provider schedules
  • Experienced working in agile and iterative environments, willingness to adjust as needed
