Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs for diverse audiences
• Strong instructional design skills with a focus on adult learning principles
• Excellent communication, advanced presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to create quality computer based training materials (gamified and digitized versions)
• Strong coaching & influencing abilities
• Proficient in Google applications and Canva
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
• A passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
• Support the Learning & Development manager on L&D initiatives
• Identify skill gaps
• Design learning curriculum and develop training materials
• Deliver training programs using various instructional methods
• Facilitate a positive and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
