Summary
Join Revalize as a Learning & Development Specialist and play a key role in shaping our workforce's future. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Remote work within the US (EST) is offered.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HRIS administration
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in content creation and instructional design
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Create and develop learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and training sessions, to address identified training needs
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions
- Develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics. Prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading and organizing content, tracking participation, and generating reports. Additionally, provide support in system administration for engagement surveys and performance reviews, ensuring configuration, updates, and maintenance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Dayforce and Articulate360
- Certification in Learning and Development or related fields
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia content creation
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
