Requirements

  • Experience with content creation in a clear and simple manner for diverse audiences
  • Experience with training facilitation, especially for leadership audiences, in corporate or other professional learning environments
  • Experience with the utilization of learning technologies such as LMS and/or LXP
  • Responsibility, strong work ethic, autonomy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex projects and effectively drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Completed degree or equivalent education
  • Advanced English

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement employee development programs, establishing objectives and tracking performance indicators
  • Manage and optimize the use of digital learning platforms, ensuring content and programs are accessible and effective
  • Facilitate training sessions customized to target audiences, in in-person and virtual formats, creating a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Design instructional materials for training programs such as syllabi, outlines for content items (articles, videos, presentations, etc.), frameworks and tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering insights, aligning expectations and prioritization to ensure programs meet organizational needs
  • Identify and analyze learning challenges by interpreting data, conducting benchmarks, and/or producing diagnostics
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning programs, analyzing usage and engagement metrics, and proposing data-driven improvements to enhance program impact and optimize learning experience
  • Foster and manage internal learning communities, promoting experience-sharing and best practice exchange
