You will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs to business partners, customers, and colleagues through various methods, including e-learning, virtual sessions, and classroom training. Your role involves preparing training materials, conducting needs analyses, and ensuring customer excellence. You will also contribute to internal skill development and maintain strong relationships with customers. This position requires a BA degree and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities
- Present training such as e-learning courses, virtual and classroom training as per the training schedule and provide extra virtual sessions, as necessary
- Implement, drive, and maintain other forms of training delivery such as but not limited to newsletters, the Help Centre, BP Annual Refresher Course and assessments
- Present internal training sessions to support the upliftment of skills internally
- Support delegates in their learning journey
- Clean training companies as necessary
- In the case of classroom training print place cards, book out manuals and gifts and update stock sheet
- If presenting, prepare any relevant supporting training resources in alignment with the Presentation Manual as stipulated onSharePoint e.g. PowerPoint Presentation, Trainee Login Details Sheet, MS Excel Spreadsheets
- Conducts a need analysis for corporate training needs
- Design and develop training material based on evaluation of training needs
- Updates training material when and if necessary
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customer base
- Lives the company’s values and service standards with regards to customer interaction
- Adheres to business processes and systems to meet the company’s quality requirements
- Takes personal accountability for service excellence
- Adheres to the company’s work standards
- Understand their role within the organisation from an information security perspective and commit to protecting the organisation’s security information assets
- Ensures cost savings and efficiencies in area of accountability
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations
- Prepare personal development plans in conjunction with Manager and implement in line with business requirements
- Ensures teamwork to achieve shared goals
