Join Caylent's Learning & Development team as a Coordinator and contribute to the success of their programs. You will organize and track program progress, maintain L&D documents, coordinate communication, manage learner data, and follow up with stakeholders. This role requires experience in program coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Google Suite and Notion, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Preferred qualifications include experience with learning program support, familiarity with training frameworks, and experience in a fast-paced startup. Requirements
- Experience in program coordination or project support (Preferably within L&D)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to track multiple initiatives at once
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Google Suite, and a quick learner with tools like Notion, Lattice, Rippling
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow instructions, and proactively seek clarification
Responsibilities
- Organize and track task progress and timelines for L&D programs (Consulting Skills training, Career Track rollouts, AI training, etc.)
- Maintain and update L&D documents, trackers, and Notion pages
- Coordinate communication and logistics for learning initiatives across multiple departments
- Manage learner rosters, survey results, and feedback documentation
- Follow up with stakeholders on action items, deadlines, and resource contributions
- Organize information in a clear and structured way to maintain program momentum
- Support the Senior L&D Manager as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting learning programs and content rollouts
- Familiarity with training frameworks (ADDIE learning model, ABCD learning objective model)
- Interest in learning, people development
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
