Join Uberall's dynamic Talent team as a Learning & Development Generalist and make a significant impact on our global workforce. With 3-5 years of experience, you will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences. You will partner with business leaders to identify learning needs, develop learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, blended learning), and manage L&D projects. Your responsibilities include facilitating training, managing learning technology, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing employee support. You will need strong communication, presentation, and project management skills, along with experience in adult learning principles and instructional design. A passion for AI and its application in L&D is also preferred. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated Learning & Development role within a fast-paced, international environment, ideally within the SaaS sector
- Proven experience across the full training cycle: needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation
- Strong understanding and practical application of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating both virtual and in-person learning experiences
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse global audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting
- A curious mindset and a passion for staying updated on L&D industry trends and best practices
- A strong understanding of and interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its effective application within Learning & Development
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
Responsibilities
- Needs Analysis: Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify current and future learning needs across various departments and employee levels
- Program Design & Development : Design, develop and curate a diverse range of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, workshops (virtual and in-person), blended learning programs, and self-paced resources. This will encompass topics such as professional skills, management development, new hire onboarding, and relevant technical training
- Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and team learning activities, adapting your approach to different audiences and learning styles
- Learning Technology Management : Work on the implementation of and optimize our next generation, AI-enabled L&D and related systems to deliver, track and report on learning initiatives
- Evaluation & Improvement: Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Content Curation: Research and recommend external learning resources, vendors, and tools to complement our internal offerings where required
- Coaching & Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on their learning journeys, promoting a growth mindset and encouraging self-directed development
- Project Management: Manage L&D projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation
- Collaboration : Work closely with the broader Talent team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated and aligned with overall HR and business strategies
