Requirements

  • 5+ years of Learning & Development experience with demonstrated success designing and implementing learning programs at scale
  • High-growth startup experience (500+ employees) with ability to build programs from the ground up in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong background in manager and leadership development with experience creating enablement programs for growing management teams
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with experience engaging diverse audiences on complex technical content
  • Data-driven approach with experience measuring learning effectiveness and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with AI tools and digital transformation initiatives to drive productivity and innovation across teams

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding programs that rapidly bring new employees up to speed on company culture, processes, and essential dentistry knowledge
  • Drive manager enablement across the organization including leadership development, coaching skills, and performance management training for our growing management team
  • Build and maintain dentistry knowledge curriculum ensuring all employees understand dental industry basics and best practices relevant to their roles
  • Champion AI enablement across the organization serving as a voice and advocate for AI adoption, training employees on AI tools and best practices to enhance productivity
  • Implement learning systems and measurement to deliver, track, and optimize the effectiveness of all learning initiatives
  • Facilitate training and development programs partnering with subject matter experts to create scalable learning experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or dental industry experience with understanding of clinical workflows and terminology
  • Experience implementing AI tools or automation in learning environments to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Experience with virtual and hybrid learning delivery models
  • Previous experience scaling L&D programs during periods of rapid headcount growth
