Summary

Join Lodgify, a fast-growing vacation rental software company, as their L&D Partner. You will own the L&D process, from needs analysis to feedback collection, developing and executing plans aligned with company priorities. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, managing providers and tools, and partnering with the business on development and talent. You will create engaging learning content in various formats and continuously improve L&D processes. Collaborate with the People Ops Team on policies and track learning initiative effectiveness. This role requires 2-3 years of experience translating business needs into L&D solutions, leading workshops and virtual training, and building strong stakeholder partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in translating business needs into learning and development solutions
  • Confidence and experience in leading interactive workshops and virtual training sessions in English
  • Experience in building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to simplify and operationalize complex topics to create engaging and research-backed learning experiences
  • Curiosity and innovative mindset with focus on continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Own the L&D space, from needs analysis to design, delivery, and collecting feedback
  • Develop and execute L&D plans aligned with current people priorities
  • Design and deliver training programs to specified audiences
  • Manage our providers and tooling and own the administration
  • Be a credible partner to the business in all topics related to development and talent
  • Ensure that our people initiatives support the business goals, and you'll support the talent management, and performance improvement projects to keep them integrated into business operations
  • Build research-based, engaging learning content across multiple formats, including live instructor-led sessions, virtual trainings, and self-paced learning modules, as well as internal knowledge base
  • Continuously review and improve L&D processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency, learner experience, and scalability
  • In collaboration with People Ops Team you will develop, update, and implement policies that promote high performance and a positive work environment
  • Own the L&D policies and ensure that they are consistently maintained and communicated to employees
  • Convert learning data into insights by tracking and measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives, skill coverage, and other relevant metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management
  • Working knowledge of authoring tools (easyGenerator, Rise, Articulate 360, or similar)
  • Experience with creating individual growth plans
