Learning Instructional Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Learning Instructional Designer to create engaging blended learning solutions for our organization. You will update existing training materials and develop new content aligned with business needs. Collaborate with partners to deliver training and ensure high-quality standards. This role requires experience with eLearning authoring tools and managing content on an LMS. The salary range is $82,620.00 to $114,800.00, plus a bonus, equity package, and benefits. You'll contribute to a forward-thinking FinTech company and work with seasoned professionals.

Requirements

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, Camtasia, Captivate
• Experience managing robust content on LMS
• Experience examining pre & post performance data

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design of multi modality high impact blended learning solutions, including eLearning, Instructor-led learning, micro learning & other highly engaging resources
• Manage current training content and design & develop new innovative content, aligned with business priorities and needs
• Partner with BPO training partners to facilitate and deliver training content
• Track and audit published solutions on the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain & be held accountable to SLAs and overall training quality standards
• Identify and partner with project SMEs internally and externally to develop high impact learning solutions aligned to Chime SOPs
