Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience using Workday in learning technology role
- Proven experience in managing learning or operational technology systems, with a focus on improving workforce efficiency and knowledge transfer
- Strong understanding of cloud-based (SaaS) tools, database security, and mobile technology integration
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset for identifying and addressing challenges
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Investigate and implement hardware, software, and technological infrastructure that align with KBS's strategic goals and meet the operational needs of employees
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies to support ongoing training initiatives and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the security of data related to training and employee records, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement protocols for secure access to learning systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and user authentication processes
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training technology gaps and develop action plans to address them, ensuring tools align with business priorities
- Present budget proposals for technology upgrades, licensing, and department expenses to align with company objectives
- Support the integration and management of peripheral systems that support learning platforms including workforce management tools, HR platforms, and analytics systems (Workday)
- Monitor and evaluate the performance, availability, and reliability of training systems, using proactive tools to suggest improvements
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for technology use, ensuring consistent application across teams and locations
- Provide training and guidance to end-users to promote efficient use of systems and tools
- Stay current with advancements in technology by participating in relevant conferences, online communities, and training programs
