Join Back Market as a Legal and Public Affairs Intern, supporting the legal operations and assisting the Public Affairs team in implementing strategies for the circular economy. Duties include conducting legal research, drafting contracts, providing legal advice, and more.

Requirements

• You are an 'EFB' student and/or have a DJCE or Master II in law, ideally in digital or e-commerce law, privacy law, distribution/consumption, or economic/competition law
• Looking for a 6-month internship
• English and French are no-brainers. If you speak more languages, bonus points for you!
• You already have prior internship experience in a related area
• You are endowed with excellent communication skills and a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft legal memos
• Ensure legal monitoring
• Participate in the drafting and negotiation of contracts / contractual clauses with Services Providers
• Contribute to set-up a reliable and up-to-date legal process documentation
• Provide legal advice to all teams of Back Market on various subjects
• Assist the team to structure the governance of the Group
• Support the Public Affairs team in the building of a regulatory framework fitted to the growth of a more circular economy
