Legal Counsel

Summary

Join Brevo, a leading CRM suite, as a Legal Counsel and provide legal advice and support to our global organization. Based in Paris and reporting to the VP Legal & DPO, you will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, provide legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance, create internal processes, and manage litigation. This role requires 4-8 years of experience in technology and commercial transactions, excellent communication skills in French and English, and strong organizational abilities. Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience with a focus on technology and commercial transactions
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and French

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate agreements in French and English (SaaS agreements, service agreements, Terms of Service, DPAs, NDAs etc.)
• Provision of practical legal advice and risk assessments to senior management
• Ensure compliance with various regulatory frameworks domestically and abroad (GDPR, anti-corruption regulations etc.)
• Create and improve internal processes
• Monitoring, analysis and support on regulatory and legal developments related to our activities
• Management and follow up of litigation and pre-litigation
