Legal Counsel

Summary

Join Printful and Printify, a global on-demand powerhouse, as a Legal Counsel. You will provide legal and business advice, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance. This role involves working across both platforms and requires drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients, conducting legal research and analysis. Requirements

• Possess a university degree in law from an accredited university with the right to practice in at least one jurisdiction
• Have 5+ years of experience working in-house or at a law firm (preferably both)
• Have previous work experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Possess excellent communication skills and command of business English
• Have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing and having accountability for multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Have attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to identify and manage any business-related legal issues and risks
• Have the ability to work independently but also be a great team player

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and provide legal advice on a wide variety of US and international commercial contracts, including sale of goods, SaaS, licensing, partnership, supplier and other agreements
• Understand and manage the company's key legal risks and concerns
• Work regularly with Sales, Operations and other teams requiring timely legal advice and support for different projects
• Support business teams to establish, review, and manage various internal processes
• Actively participate in calls with business teams, sales clients, and others across time zones, to assist in contract negotiations and provide legal and commercial guidance
• Provide sound legal advice on a wide range of international legal and commercial matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal and regulatory issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with enterprise-level sales, SaaS, licensing, and supplier agreements
• Have experience working with legal technology and willingness to learn about the fast-developing print-on-demand and e-commerce industries
• Have previous experience working with the US market or at an international company in a legal capacity

• Monthly salary of between €2900 - €3400 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
