Summary
Join our team as a Legal Intake Specialist and contribute to enhanced case conversions through our voice-based intake system. This role involves managing inbound calls from potential clients, guiding them through the intake process, and accurately documenting case details. You will follow a structured script, assess caller eligibility, and provide alternative resources when necessary. Maintaining client engagement and adhering to legal and confidentiality standards are crucial. Requirements
- Be proactive, with a keen ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Have experience in legal case intake
- Be knowledgeable in client qualification and lead conversion processes
- Be familiar with AI-powered call analysis tools or be willing to learn and adapt to them
- Be a law fresh graduate, paralegal, or candidate with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers
- Possess strong communication skills with the ability to be assertive, empathetic, and proactive when engaging with callers
- Have the ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone
- Be detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills
- Be comfortable handling high call volumes and managing multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to ads
- Follow a structured intake script to gather and log case details
- Assess caller eligibility based on predefined criteria
- Provide alternative resources for non-qualified callers
- Maintain engagement to minimize call drop-offs
- Ensure compliance with legal and confidentiality standards
- Use Dialpad for call tracking and real-time data capture
- Collaborate on optimizing the intake process
Preferred Qualifications
- Have familiarity with CRM systems and call handling software (e.g., Dialpad)
- Have flexible availability based on performance analysis
