Requirements

• Possess strong communication skills with the ability to be assertive, empathetic, and proactive when engaging with callers
• Have the ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone
• Be detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills
• Be comfortable handling high call volumes and managing multiple tasks

• Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to ads
• Follow a structured intake script to gather and log case details
• Assess caller eligibility based on predefined criteria
• Provide alternative resources for non-qualified callers
• Maintain engagement to minimize call drop-offs
• Ensure compliance with legal and confidentiality standards
• Use Dialpad for call tracking and real-time data capture
• Collaborate on optimizing the intake process

Preferred Qualifications

• Have familiarity with CRM systems and call handling software (e.g., Dialpad)
• Have flexible availability based on performance analysis
